CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Arrangements for a wellness program in the workplace should begin with an email to me at the following address: camillo@innerestrogen.net. Include the name of the organization, expected number of participants, subject of interest for a wellness program and possible dates.

Possible topics for a wellness program include the following:

          • Is It You or Is It Hot in Here?
            Managing Hot Flashes During Menopause.

          • The Mid Afternoon Slump:
Getting Through the End of the Day With Energy to Spare!

          • Always Tired?
            Simple Steps for Better Sleep

          • Gaining Weight Just Looking At Food?
Secrets for Loosing Weight Without Feeling Deprived!

          • Feeling Frazzled?
Ten Easy Steps for Managing Stress

          • Are You the Cream in the Sandwich Generation?
Managing Children and Elders While Taking Care of Yourself!

A "Lunch and Learn" wellness program in the workplace can be a great way to provide employees with information that is difficult to get during routine, 10 minute primary care visits! When wellness programs in the workplace are specifically designed to meet the needs of women, they can help decrease time off for doctors visits and improve their general health and well being.

Dr. Camillo has conducted many corporate wellness programs in the workplace over the past 20 years! These programs are cost efficient and a greatly appreciated benefit for those who participate.
